FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking an Employee Solutions Representative Associate in Mexico City. The role focuses on Tier 1 support for FedEx employees, blending payroll and HR expertise while handling inquiries across multiple channels.

The position requires a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), fluency in English and local language, and 0–1 year in customer service or payroll/HR support. On-site at Torre Diana with full-time hours.

Formación

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Experience handling payroll inquiries and HR-related tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 1 support to FedEx employees across multiple channels.
• Respond to employee inquiries using scripts and SOPs; escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with payroll, HR, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
