BlackLine seeks a Customer Success Manager 3 to lead post-sales efforts for assigned customers, delivering a consultative program strategy to optimize adoption, prevent attrition, and maximize value from BlackLine subscriptions.

You will coach clients through Business Reviews, Success Planning, and ongoing enablement, partner with the Account Management team on expansion, and share best practices across audiences.

Formación

• 7+ years in accounting/auditing and/or finance software solutions.
• Experience as a Controller and/or Director of Finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• CPA/CIA or related professional certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead post-sales activities with assigned customers to drive value and adoption.
• Deliver Business Reviews, Success Planning, and customer success events.
• Collaborate with Account Management to expand licenses and address churn.
• Coach clients on features and usage to maximize product adoption.
