BlackLine, a technology-driven finance automation leader, seeks an Implementation Consultant to lead client implementations and advise on best practices. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful configurations aligned with client needs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in consulting or professional services, strong accounting knowledge, and proven client-facing experience. A proactive, results-driven mindset is essential for success in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in Consulting Services, Client Services or Professional Services.
• Experience managing implementation projects.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience in a high-revenue environment (billing of time/materials).
• Strong communication across groups and levels.
• Knowledge of accounting terminology and processes (e.g., month-end close).
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Salesforce and accounting software.
• Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.
• Proactive with a sense of urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Leads multiple concurrent implementation projects with standard procedures.
• Drives milestones to completion within budget, scope and schedule.
• Creates and maintains thorough implementation documentation.
• Communicates with stakeholders to manage risk, progress and expectations.
• Trains and advises clients to fit their needs using best practices.
• Coaches clients to adopt BlackLine features and drive usage.
• Offers recommendations to close gaps and improve efficiency.
• Assesses and troubleshoots application issues during implementation.
• Provides feedback to Product for future releases.
