Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join the Signature Success team. You will be the primary contact for top customers, aligning their business goals with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, and driving adoption and value realization across their Salesforce investments.
You will partner with account teams, advocate for customers, and orchestrate delivery of Signature Services, renewals, and expansions.
Formación
- 5+ years in Technical Customer Success or SaaS leadership.
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and handling high-volume events.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as SME for Marketing Cloud configuration and customer needs.
- Own deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion across accounts.
- Build relationships with IT and business executives to drive success.
- Advise on adoption of new Salesforce features and release schedules.
- Coordinate quarterly reviews and provide release recommendations.
- Work with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to align customer needs.
- Occasional after-hours coverage as required.
