RSA Security is seeking a Customer Success Engineer (Spanish speaker) to drive post-sales implementation and adoption of our cloud and on-premises identity solutions. You will guide customers through setup, configuration, and value realization while acting as a technical advocate within RSA.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, provide expert demos, and collaborate across sales, product, and engineering to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deployments.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Deliver post-sales implementation and initial setup of product/Cloud solution.
• Help customers realize value and ensure smooth deployment.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and best-practice demos.
• Maintain product knowledge and deliver proactive workshops and updates.
• Capture customer feedback to influence product and engineering teams.
• Assist customers in overcoming technical challenges throughout their journey.
• Review usage with customers, offer optimization recommendations and new feature guidance.
• Build long-lasting relationships by understanding business needs and goals.
• Collaborate with sales to align configurations with customer requirements.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to increase product adoption.
