Infobip Mexico City is seeking a Senior MM Customer Growth Executive to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth for Tier 1/2 clients. You will build lasting relationships, align Infobip strategies with client needs, and coordinate internal teams to deliver on commitments.

This role emphasizes strategic client advocacy, performance metrics, and proactive engagement to expand business and maximize profitability, with a flexible hybrid work model and opportunities to grow within a global cloud

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Tier 1 clients to drive customer health and growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for meeting business and technical expectations.
• Coordinate internal teams to best serve customers.
• Understand client structures around selecting and implementing solutions.
• Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs focusing on gross profit, margin, and cross-sells.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for existing and future SaaS business.
• Ensure proper account setup and coordination with Platform Operations and Registrations.
• Monitor client health risks with Revenue Assurance and ensure timely collections.
• Analyze client traffic and react quickly to maximize revenue.
