EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Change Management Analyst to guide enterprise transitions with minimal disruption. You will coordinate Change-related work across teams, inform stakeholders about standards, and ensure compliance with policy requirements using ServiceNow.

This role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs and leadership in a dynamic, global environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Change Management, strong communication skills, ITIL familiarity, and a hands-on ServiceNow background.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, CS, or MIS.
• 3+ years of direct experience in Technology Change Management, with CAB processes and controls.
• Outstanding communication skills, including interactions with senior executives.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with analytical, problem-resolution skills.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Strong English ability at a B1+ level or above.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main contact point for orchestrating Change-related work across the Enterprise.
• Inform users and stakeholders about Change Management standards, track adherence, and improve policies, workflows, and procedures.
• Carry out reviews of Changes with implementers and stakeholders to verify policy compliance.
• Plan and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) sessions focused on high-risk Changes.
• Examine metrics tied to Change activity and prepare summaries for leadership.
• Maintain Change Management platforms and tools and ensure they function properly.
• Produce and keep procedural documentation up to date for repeatable processes.
• Verify Change entries recorded in ServiceNow for accuracy.
• Collaborate with SMEs to strengthen procedures and workflows and boost service delivery efficiency.
• Assist cross-department teams to simplify operations and reduce friction.
• Guide onboarding of new staff to Change Management tools and methodologies.
• Contribute to risk evaluation standards for incoming Change submissions.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews to gather insights.
• Foster strong cross-team relationships to promote openness regarding ongoing Change work.
