Job summary

SQDM is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The role requires deep technical expertise in ITSM and strong collaboration with global stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in CS or related field, 7+ years of experience, and advanced English. Certifications such as CTA/CAD/CIS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow components: Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, Notifications.
• Design and support REST and SOAP API integrations with external systems.
• Configure and maintain Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog modules.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, governance policies, and ITIL best practices.
• Plan upgrades and ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability.
• Gather requirements from ITSM process owners and translate into technical specs.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for ServiceNow issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams to deliver projects on time.
