Slalom seeks a seasoned ServiceNow IT Service Management Technical Consultant to lead hands-on configuration, development and integration on ITSM engagements. You will work across incident, problem, change, and catalog management, building flows, forms, rules, and Virtual Agent topics.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and mentor teammates while ensuring best practices. You have 3+ years in ServiceNow configurations, strong ITIL understanding, and solid communication abilities to translate

• Experience configuring and developing ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
• Ability to gather requirements and write user stories.
• Strong communication with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and develop ServiceNow ITSM solutions across modules listed.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Own technical design artifacts and delivery backlog.
• Mentor teammates on configuration, scripting, and best practices.
• Support testing, deployment readiness, and hypercare.
