Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong understanding of ITSM processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Role Details

• Position Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

• Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Holiday Schedule: United States holidays

• Contract Duration: 12 months (estimated)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Language Requirement: Advanced English

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows in alignment with business and IT objectives.

• Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow components, including:

  • Business Rules

• Design and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless interoperability with external systems.
