A leading consulting firm in Mexico City is seeking a Change Management Senior Analyst to develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Business Administration and 3-5 years of experience in change management. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement and developing training programs for successful adoption of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in change management or related discipline.
• Proven experience in leading change management initiatives.
• Master’s degree or certification in change management is desirable.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools, such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process, or Lewin’s Change Management Model.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies.
• Conduct change readiness assessments and stakeholder analyses.
• Design and execute communication and engagement plans.
• Develop training programs for change initiatives.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of change management initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to their professional development and success.
• Maintain detailed documentation of change management processes, activities, and outcomes for internal and client use.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in change management, change management consulting, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools, such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process, or Lewin’s Change Management Model.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role, preferably in industries such as technology, healthcare, consumer markets, or finance.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
