Cimatron in Mexico leads the CAD/CAM solutions for mold design and manufacturing. This senior role drives technical efforts to support the growth of direct and indirect sales of Cimatron CAD and Mold products, ensuring high-quality technical support to our sales team during pre-sales stage and training along with successful implementation for the customers.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in CAD/CAM with focus on mold design/manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Cimatron or similar CAD/CAM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the sales team to deliver product/solution technical presentations, demos, and POCs for prospective customers.
• Plan and conduct customer and reseller training sessions, workshops.
• Oversee and manage complex technical support cases for Cimatron CAD products/solutions and ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate and mentor reseller application engineers with up-to-date product information.
• Drive technical excellence within reseller teams through upskilling and knowledge sharing.
