Sandvik is seeking an expert in CAD/CAM with a strong mold design background to drive pre-sales technical support for Cimatron CAD and Mold products. You will collaborate with sales, deliver demos/POCs, and guide customers through implementation and training to ensure adoption and success.

The role requires extensive CAD/CAM experience, leadership, and the ability to travel to customer sites for trainings and assessments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in the CAD/CAM industry with emphasis on mold design/manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with Cimatron (preferred) or other CAD/CAM systems.
• Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding Flow Simulation Software (e.g., Inspire Mold) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the sales team to deliver product/solution technical presentations, demos, and POCs for prospective customers.
• Provide technical inputs to Sales during proposal stage.
• Plan and conduct customer and reseller training sessions, workshops, and implementations.
• Oversee and manage complex technical support cases and ensure timely resolution per SLAs.
• Mentor reseller application engineers and drive technical excellence within the team.
