Sandvik in Monterrey is seeking an accomplished pre-sales technical specialist to support CAD/CAM mold solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and drive successful implementation with customers.

You will train sales teams, manage complex technical support, and collaborate with product groups to ensure adoption and satisfaction across direct and indirect channels. Travel up to 40-50% for customer visits and events.

Formación

• 10+ years in the CAD/CAM industry with a strong focus on mold design.
• Hands-on Experience with Cimatron (preferred) or other CAD/CAM systems.
• Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding Flow Simulation Software (Inspire Mold) is preferred.
• Overall CAM programming knowledge will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-sales technical support and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Plan and conduct customer and reseller training sessions, workshops.
• Oversee and manage complex technical support cases for CAD/Mold products.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and SLA adherence.
• Manage customer implementation projects, including installation and workflow optimization.
• Mentor reseller application engineers with up-to-date product information.
