Celanese in Mexico City seeks a Senior Billing Coordinator to lead the billing function, train new joiners, and drive process improvements across finance and operations. You will manage complex transactions, mentor teammates, and coordinate with IT, Tax, and AR to ensure accurate invoicing.

The role requires strong SAP experience, solid financial skills, and excellent English communication. You will participate in monthly meetings and act as a back-up team lead when needed.

Qualifications

• College/university degree required.
• 2+ years of billing experience.

• Solid SAP knowledge and financial skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• All Billing related activities (transactions, reports, issues resolution).
• Provide training and coach new joiners.
• Facilitate training for departments on billing processes or new tasks.
• Participate in M&As and project-related UATs.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
• Support Global Billing Team with technical issue resolution.
• Facilitate interdepartmental Billing issue resolution.
• Act as back-up Team Lead during the team leader’s absence.
