Responsibilities

• Lead AR dispute management and ensure SLA-compliant service delivery.
• Coordinate with UGMs, Local Admins, and US Markets to resolve disputes.
• Develop and maintain AR reporting using SAP S/4, ERT, Power BI, and Excel.
• Monitor non-response trends and prepare audit-ready documentation.
• Lead monthly operational reviews with US stakeholders.
• Maintain communication trackers and process docs to support audits.
• Identify recurring dispute trends and provide insights to improve AR performance.
