Job summary

Solera in Mexico City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the Billing and Collections teams, drive accuracy, and ensure processes align with company standards.

You will oversee 10–25 staff, coach and evaluate performance, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve disputes and optimize cash flow.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP/CRM tools, and English proficiency for US-based stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience supervising teams, managing productivity, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Solid understanding of AR aging, invoice management, payment reconciliation, and customer resolution.
• Experience with ERP/CRM tools and KPI reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Billing and Collections activities for 10–25 representatives.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to improve team performance.
• Monitor attendance, workload distribution, and productivity to ensure coverage.
• Oversee collections efforts, review aging and past-due balances, and meet cash targets.
• Coordinate with Cash Application, Accounting, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure SOPs, controls, and company policies are followed across AR processes.
