Job summary

BYD Mexico is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator with a strong accounting background and advanced English proficiency to oversee daily AR operations, ensure accurate customer balances, and drive overdue collections. You will coordinate month-end closings, prepare AR reports, and lead process improvements while ensuring compliance with policies.

This is a leadership role requiring 8+ years in AR and SAP FICO experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Public Accounting.
• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in overdue portfolio recovery and account reconciliation.
• Advanced English for international business communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable operations including billing and cash application.
• Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances for timely collections.
• Coordinate month-end closing and prepare AR reports and aging analyses.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers to improve collections.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
