Job summary

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience supervising AR teams, and strong collaboration with Finance and Sales stakeholders to optimize cash flow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or related operations; 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience supervising operational teams, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Strong knowledge of collections processes, aging, invoicing, and customer resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Billing and Collections activities for a team of 10–25 representatives.
• Coach and evaluate team performance, conduct reviews and scorecards.
• Monitor KPIs, aging reports, and collections targets to drive cash recovery.
• Coordinate with Cash Application, Accounting, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure SOPs and internal controls are followed and drive process improvements.
• Handle escalations and maintain high service levels with internal and external stakeholders.
