Sensient Technologies Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our finance team. You will generate invoices, credit memos and debit memos, manage the billing cycle, and ensure accuracy in customer billing and rebilling processes.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, strong ERP and MS Office skills, analytical thinking, and fluency in English. Onsite collaboration with colleagues and field teams is expected five days a week.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, administration, finance, or a related field or equivalent years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently manage the billing process, focusing on the generation of invoices, credit memos, and debit memos.
• Monitoring the re-billing process
• Sending invoices to customers according to their requirements
