Accenture is seeking a Sales Excellence Associate Manager to lead deal teams through the bid lifecycle, ensuring resources are aligned to win strategies and client requirements. You will guide the bid from definition to negotiation, coordinating across functions to craft compelling offers.

Formación

• Bachelor or comparable degree.
• Minimum of 4 or more years of experience doing similar work.
• English language fluency (oral and written).
• Very good leadership, people management, communication, and team building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand clients’ needs and work with deal leadership to define win strategies and messaging.
• Determine what expertise are needed to develop a compelling offer and plan resources accordingly.
• Drive bid activities and facilitate communication across teams and workstreams.
• Build and nurture positive relationship with key deal team stakeholders.
• Seek opportunities to optimize the bid management process and tools.
• Develop yourself and others through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
