Job summary

Citi in Mexico seeks an Application Support Analyst to provide reliable L2 support for critical banking applications. You will manage incidents, coordinate with development and operations, and ensure system stability and security. Strong English, production experience, and ITIL-aligned practices are required.

You will work with cross-functional teams to prioritize fixes, document procedures, and support disaster recovery and ongoing efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in application support, preferably banking/finance.
• Experience with incident/problem management and ITIL.
• Ability to explain complex issues to stakeholders clearly.
• Strong English communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with Linux/Unix/SQL/Oracle in production support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver L2 application support for banking and financial systems.
• Manage incidents and problems with timely resolution and reporting.
• Act as liaison between users and internal tech teams and vendors.
• Coordinate post-release validation and ensure system integrity.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
• Participate in disaster recovery and stability initiatives.
