Citi in Mexico City is seeking an Apps Support Analyst 1 trainee to support and enhance existing applications within the technology group. You will analyze system logic, document requirements, and collaborate with development and production teams while learning standard procedures and applying risk-aware judgment.

The role emphasizes analytical problem solving, basic OS and server infrastructure knowledge, and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience or interest in apps support and procedures.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Intermediate-to-high Excel skills are mandatory.
• Familiarity with banking applications and server infrastructure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance existing applications and their operating environments.
• Analyze system logic and recommend enhancements or fixes.
• Document requirements through fact finding.
• Collaborate with development and production support teams.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
