Citi is seeking an Applications Support Senior Analyst to provide L2 support for banking and financial applications, coordinating with development and infrastructure teams to ensure stability and performance. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in application support, strong Linux/Unix/SQL skills, and experience with incident management within a financial services context.

Formación

• 5+ years in application support or similar role in financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with incident/problem management; ITIL familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver L2 application support for banking/financial systems, resolving incidents and coordinating remediation with technical partners.
• Manage and monitor production applications to ensure stability, quality and SLA adherence.
• Act as liaison between users, technology teams and vendors, translating findings into actionable communications.
• Coordinate post-release validation and ensure system integrity after deployments.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation and participate in DR planning and continuity initiatives.
