You will field user queries, coordinate with technology partners for long-term fixes, and participate in releases from development to production, ensuring documentation and risk considerations are addressed.

The role requires 2-5 years in apps support, basic knowledge of procedures, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in apps support or related field.
• Basic knowledge of apps support procedures and related technical areas.
• Participation in process improvements and standardization efforts.
• Business knowledge of financial markets and products.

Responsabilités

• Provides technical and business support for Citi applications.
• Fields issues and queries from stakeholders and coordinates with technology partners for remediation.
• Develops understanding of how apps support areas integrate to achieve business goals.
• Acts as liaison between users, traders, internal tech groups and vendors.
• Participates in application releases from development to production, including post-release checks.
• Develops and maintains technical support documentation.
• Assesses risk and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
