Overview

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Clinical Team and Chief Operating Officer to coordinate staffing and scheduling of the services, as well as perform a variety of administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with Human Resources and the Clinical Team to coordinate staffing and scheduling of therapists with clients.
  • Generate flexible reports on scheduling status of cases and contract fulfillment.
  • Utilize scheduling software to manage client and staff schedules.
  • Track and manage staff and client cancellations, and coordinate coverage or make-up sessions.
  • Arrange field training for new therapists.
  • Support program development.
  • Provide support to the Scheduling Team (data entry, phone calls, sending emails, filing, etc.).
  • Process and submit claims and billing data to insurance providers and funding sources.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Customer service and administrative experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of staffing and scheduling experience.
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and highly organized.
  • Proficient in Google Suite tools (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Mail, Calendar, Voice, Meets, and Search).
