A music educational programming company is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads and book appointments for the senior sales team. The role involves high-volume outreach to senior living communities, qualifying leads, and maintaining CRM records. Ideal candidates should have a background in sales with strong communication skills and the ability to achieve KPIs. This is a full-time remote position based in Mexico.
Mo Better Entertainment (MBE) provides music educational fitness and cultural programming
to senior living communities across the Mid-Atlantic region. We currently serve 200
communities and are scaling toward major multi-state expansion. Our mission is to enrich the
lives of older adults through high-quality reliable and joyful experiences.
We are growing rapidly and building a high-performing sales team to support our expansion to
$5M annual revenue.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified leads and
booking sales appointments for our senior-level sales team. This is a high-activity outreach role
focused on contacting Activity Directors Executive Directors and regional leadership within
senior living communities.
You will be the first point of contact shaping the impression prospects have of MBE and playing
a key role in expanding our reach across new states and communities.
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (email phone LinkedIn HubSpot sequences)
to senior living communities.
Qualify leads based on budget needs scheduling frequency and decision-making
authority.
Book discovery calls and demos for the Senior Sales Representative.
Maintain accurate and timely CRM records in HubSpot.
Follow up consistently with open opportunities and nurture cold or dormant accounts.
Understand MBEs programming offerings to clearly articulate value and suitability to
prospective clients.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls emails booked meetings SQLs).
Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine messaging identify lead patterns and
improve targeting.
Represent MBE with professionalism empathy and strong communication critical
given our clients serve older adults.
13 years of sales experience (SDR inside sales or BDR) preferably in :
Proven success hitting outreach and meeting-setting KPIs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
Ability to work independently manage time effectively and stay highly organized.
Comfortable making outbound calls and following structured outreach cadences.
Experience selling to senior living or healthcare decision-makers.
Background in community engagement wellness education or recreation services.
Prior remote work experience.
Familiarity with HubSpot workflows sequences and sales automation.
Daily Outreach: 60100 total touches (mix of calls emails LinkedIn).
Meetings Booked: 610 per week.
SQL Conversion Rate: 2030%.
CRM Hygiene: 100% of activities consistently logged.
