American Eagle in Baja California seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and meet daily sales goals. You will deliver knowledgeable service, drive AE loyalty, and keep the store neat, clean and well-presented at all times.

You will role model AE values, assist customers, process transactions quickly, and collaborate with the management team to resolve issues while maintaining brand standards and policies.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.

• Able to stand and move for extended periods during shifts.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to generate sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about AE loyalty programs.
• Utilize tools to offer product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support teammates and assist in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and promote current promotions to customers.
• Handle register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor and back areas.
• Process shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishments.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy and with customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
