American Eagle in Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales. You will help customers with product knowledge, promote AE loyalty programs, and keep the store neat, safe and well-presented.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through being knowledgeable about all AE loyalty programs and informing customers of each program.
• Leverage tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Provide support to fellow employees and assist in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and current promotions based on style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and cross-channel opportunities.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to the correct location and manage damaged merchandise per SOP.
• Maintain neat, clean store, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Manage merchandise from shipment to floorsets and replenishment following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
