American Eagle (AEO) is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, helping customers with styling, promotions, and loyalty programs. You will drive sales while maintaining a neat, organized store and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication to meet daily targets and uphold AE brand standards in a dynamic retail environment in Mexico.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional shopping experience to customers and meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and educate customers about benefits.
• Utilize store tools to inform customers about product knowledge and drive sales.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Assist customers with styling and promoting current promotions and trends.
• Handle merchandise, shipments, and replenishment following SOPs.
• Ensure the store, including cash wrap and fitting rooms, is neat and presentable.
