Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team.

Responsabilités

Deliver positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
Use store technology to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
Support teammates and assist in customer interactions.
Suggest outfits based on customer style and latest trends.
Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels.
Handle register sales transactions accurately per cash control procedures.
Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items.
Maintain neat, clean, organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
Execute merchandise handling from shipment processing to replenishment while following SOP.
Resolve customer concerns per policy with store leadership on escalated issues.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
