You will actively promote AE loyalty programs and stay informed on current promotions, while assisting customers with fashion choices and ensuring smooth checkout.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Deliver customer-first shopping experiences to meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about them.
• Use store tools and technology to provide product knowledge.
• Assist colleagues and share knowledge to help customers.
• Suggest outfits and current promotions based on customer style.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized store environment.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing to replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with store leadership when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
