American Eagle Outfitters in Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a superior shopping experience and achieve daily sales goals. You will guide customers with product knowledge, promote loyalty programs, and help teammates while keeping the store tidy and well-presented.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will operate the register accurately and support brand growth across AE and aerie channels.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use store tools to share product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support colleagues and help with tasks and customer interactions.
• Recommend outfits and current promotions based on style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands across channels to grow awareness.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control rules.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Keep the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom neat.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns, replenishment; follow SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy; escalate when needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
