You will welcome customers, provide product knowledge, and ensure the store looks neat and inviting. You will demonstrate AE Customer First values, participate in loyalty programs, operate the register accurately, and collaborate with the management team to meet goals.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with only short rest breaks; reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to perform all Essential Job Functions.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs and guiding them through sign-up and benefits.
• Leverage store tools and technology to provide product knowledge and enhance customer engagement and sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends based on their style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
