Formación

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals by applying AE selling standards.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
• Use tools and technology to provide product knowledge and drive sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks and customer interactions.
• Outfit customers with looks based on their style and current promotions.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and introduce customers to additional brand channels.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
