You will role model AE values, assist customers with product knowledge, participate in promotions, handle transactions, and maintain brand standards on the sales floor.

This role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends, strong communication, teamwork, and comfort with technology.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, sales leadership, and associates.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Utilize company tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends based on the customer’s style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Perform register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
