American Eagle Outfitters in Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive daily sales, and keep the store neat and well-presented. You will model AE values and Customer First behaviors in every interaction.

Responsibilities include driving loyalty programs, using store technology, assisting teammates, suggesting looks, handling transactions, restocking, and maintaining brand standards. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods and handle products.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform all Essential Job Functions.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver positive customer experiences and meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
• Use store technology to enhance product knowledge and sales.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and assisting in tasks.
• Assist customers with styling, outfits and current promotions.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and cross-sell to other brand channels.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately following SOPs.
• Restock returned items to correct locations and label damaged stock appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean, and safe store and stockroom areas.
