American Eagle Outfitters in Mexico seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service; keep the store neat and well-presented; and model AE values in every customer interaction.

You will report to the Store Management Team and help teammates, promote AE loyalty programs, and guide customers on current trends. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver a positive customer experience to meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and educate customers about benefits.
• Provide product knowledge to engage customers and maximize sales.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends based on customer style.
• Process register sales transactions accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations; label damaged merchandise.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor and fitting room.
• Assist in shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and escalate when needed.
