You will role model AEO values, inform customers about loyalty programs, use store technology for product knowledge, and support teammates during busy periods.

This role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset to promote AE and Aerie brands and ensure a welcoming environment.

Formación

• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Leverage store tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and trends based on their style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
