American Eagle is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and maximize sales. You will support logo and brand initiatives, provide product knowledge, and help customers discover key looks and promotions.

You will partner with store leadership to address customer concerns, maintain neat and safe store conditions, and ensure smooth merchandise flow from shipment to floor.

Formación

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on the in-store experience.
• Ability to work well in a team and accept feedback.
• Proficient with common technology used in retail (POS, inventory tools).
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades
