Greet customers, explain loyalty programs, handle register transactions, and support teammates to meet store goals in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, sales leadership team and associates.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive sales and meet daily goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
• Use tools and knowledge to provide product information and engage customers.
• Support colleagues and assist in customer interactions as needed.
• Assist customers with styling and current promotions based on individual style.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
