American Eagle is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and keep the store neat and well-presented at all times. You will role model AE Customer First behaviors and help customers find looks that fit their style.

You will work with a friendly team, participate in loyalty programs, process transactions quickly, and restock and organize the selling floor. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with technology and POS systems.
• Ability to keep the store neat, stocked and appealing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and drive daily sales.
• Inform customers about AE loyalty programs.
• Use store tools to share product knowledge.
• Support coworkers and assist in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends based on customer style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands across channels.
• Process register transactions accurately.
• Restock returns and label damaged merch properly.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishments following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy, with store leadership.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
