American Eagle is seeking a Sales Associate to generate sales by providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will maximize sales by delivering efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service while keeping the store neat, clean and well-presented at all times.

You will role model AE values, promote brand loyalty, use store tools to share product knowledge, assist teammates, and ensure accurate register transactions while maintaining stockroom SOP.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience to drive daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
• Utilize store tools and product knowledge to engage customers and maximize sales.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends to fit each customer's style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and cross-sell to other channels.
• Execute quick, accurate register transactions per cash procedures.
• Restock returns to the correct location and label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipments, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy and with store leadership as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
