American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will drive sales, educate customers on AE loyalty programs, and keep the store clean and inviting.

The role requires strong teamwork, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a proactive approach to customer service while using company tools to assist customers and process transactions.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Ability to work well in a team and receive feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate customer-first selling standards to deliver a positive experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about AE loyalty programs.
• Leverage technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit customers by suggesting looks and current promotions based on style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and new channels.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipments, floorsets, markdowns, replenishment, and backroom SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with leadership to ensure satisfaction.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
