American Eagle is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will maximize sales through friendly, knowledgeable service and keep the store neat, clean and well-presented at all times.

You’ll role model AE values and Customer First behaviors, promote loyalty programs, process transactions accurately, and support teammates while maintaining stockroom and floor standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and teams.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with only short rest breaks; reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledgeable use of all AE loyalty programs.
• Leverage store tools and technology to provide product knowledge and enhance customer engagement.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom.
• Execute efficient handling of merchandise from shipment to floorsets and replenishment.
