American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate to generate sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service and keep the store neat and well-presented to reflect our Customer First values.

You will report to the Store Management Team, drive brand loyalty, educate customers about loyalty programs, and process transactions quickly while supporting teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods; multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs and related benefits.
• Provide product knowledge using company tools to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and current promotions based on their style.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands and routes to additional brand channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately following cash control procedures.
• Restock returned items to correct locations; label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
