You will maintain a neat store, assist customers with styling and promotions, and support teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role reports to the Store Management Team and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Join a brand focused on customer first values and brand loyalty.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver the AEO Customer First selling standards to drive sales.
• Inform customers about loyalty programs to build brand loyalty.
• Utilize tools and technology to provide product knowledge and enhance engagement.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit customers with looks based on their style and promotions.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure accurate cash handling and transactions.
• Restock returns and manage stock locations while maintaining SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and escalate when needed.
