American Eagle in Naucalpan de Juárez seeks a Sales Associate who delivers an exceptional shopping experience and drives sales while keeping the store neat and presentable. You will model AE values and assist customers with brand knowledge and promotions.

You will work with a team to meet daily goals, use store tools effectively, and promote ae/aerie channels. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals using AE Customer First standards.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about AE loyalty programs.
• Utilize store tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends to match the customer’s style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control guidelines.
• Restock returned items to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment to replenishment following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with store leadership on elevated issues.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
