Your role includes assisting customers with product knowledge, assisting teammates, and processing transactions quickly and accurately. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Demonstrate AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive experience and hit daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and enhance engagement.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and aiding in customer interactions.
• Recommend looks and trends based on customer style.
• Introduce customers to additional AE channels and brand experiences.
• Handle register sales transactions quickly and accurately per procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise and keep shelves and fitting rooms organized.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable selling floor and backroom SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with store leadership when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
