You will keep the store neat, promote AE loyalty programs, and assist customers with product knowledge while maintaining brand standards. The role requires teamwork, adaptability, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods with short rest breaks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform all Essential Job Functions.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of loyalty programs and informing customers about each program.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks based on individual style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands through additional brand channels.
• Perform registrations quickly and accurately per cash control procedures and guidelines.
• Restock returned items to correct locations and label damaged merchandise properly at shift end.
• Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom for safety and presentation.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind, escalate when needed.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
